About Me

Hi, I’m Amy Fletcher: a wife, mom, and someone who knows what it feels like when your body suddenly starts falling apart.

At 39, everything seemed to hit at once. My blood pressure climbed dangerously high, my hands and feet tingled constantly (a warning sign of blood sugar issues), my hair was falling out, I was battling anxiety daily, and I couldn’t seem to lose the extra weight.

I felt like my body was betraying me.When I asked my OBGYN to check my hormones, I was told everything was “in range.” The only solution offered? Wellbutrin.

That moment became a turning point. I looked at my husband and said, “I want to try some things first. If they don’t work, I’ll take the medication.” By God’s grace, I never needed it.

I dove headfirst into research: reading, studying, and learning everything I could about how food, fasting, supplements, and faith work together to support the body. What started as a desperate search for answers became a complete transformation.Through intermittent fasting, targeted supplementation, better food choices, and leaning on God, I reversed many of my symptoms.

Today, I’m healthier, stronger, and have more energy than I did in my twenties. I still don’t do everything perfectly — but the things I do make a real difference. Faith and Vitamins was born from that journey.

This blog exists to share the Biblical wisdom, practical knowledge, and proven tools that helped me, and can help you, too. Whether you’re struggling with blood pressure, blood sugar, hormones, energy, or just want to feel better as you age, I’m here to walk alongside you.

You’ll find honest stories, supplement guidance, and encouragement rooted in God’s Word. Because caring for our bodies is an act of stewardship, and in this fallen world, we often need both wisdom from Scripture and practical help.Thank you for being here. I’m so glad our paths have crossed.

God bless you,
Amy Fletcher
